The Oscars wasn’t the only award show last weekend — the 13th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service was held in Las Vegas on Friday. Sparkcentral was named as a finalist for the category Best New Contact Center Solution – and landed the Bronze award for the category. Our CEO, Joe Gagnon and VP of Marketing, Tobias Goebel were in attendance to accept the award.

It was an honor just to be selected as a finalist, from over 2,700 nominations of organizations of every size and industry, and from over 45 nations. Finalists were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide, working in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered in 93 categories for customer service and contact center achievements, including Contact Center of the Year, Award for Innovation in Customer Service, and Customer Service Department of the Year. Past finalists in our category included Nuance, KT, NICE, and Convergys.
